AL MARJAN ISLANDS
A summer drive to Al Marjan Island: Positioned as Ras Al Khaimah’s one of the premium destinations, Al Marjan Island is a group of 4 coral-shaped islands in an artificial archipelago. The highlights of Al Marjan Island that I have noticed include, Al Marjan Promenade, Al Marjan Island Playground, Watersports, Jet-Skiing, Kayaking, Health clubs, Fitness and Wellness, International Restaurant options, Adventure Sports and more. As per the statistics, the Island is 4.5 kilometers into the sea, and covers an area of 2.7 million square meters.
For this trip I have stayed at, DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa – Marjan Island. Located on Al Marjan Island, this resort has got a Private beach, many indoor and outdoor pools, more than ten dining options including Turkish, Italian, Modern Asian Cuisine, etc. Attractions : Outdoor playgrounds, Water sports, Kids Club, Fruit Kiosk, Spa, Gym & Fitness, The Giant Chess, Padel Tennis Court, Conference Center, Night Club and more. Within a short drive, you can reach a few other beaches, Al Hamra Golf Club, Al Hamra Mall, more restaurant options, etc. If you are looking for Indian Cuisine, then in the Al Marjan restaurant buffet of DoubleTree by Hilton, you can treat yourself to a few Indian dishes like Nan, Butter Chicken, Aloo Gobi, Tomato Rice, etc.
